Salary increase in umcs now definitive
From 1 January 2023, the salaries are increasing by 6%. That is now a definitive agreement. At the end of last year, the umcs had agreed this step with the unions.
A few unions wanted to discuss the proposal with their members, with a deadline of January 11 set for this. All of the unions have now officially approved the agreement. This means that the increase can be implemented for all employees. On 1 November 2023, the salaries will increase again, by 4%.
