Advanced nursing programmes & medical support programmes
The requirements that society imposes on nurses and medical support staff change continuously. Various advanced programmes and tools help them to adjust flexibly.
Together with the NFU, the umcs ensure that the advanced nursing programmes (VVO) and medical-support programmes (MOO) are continuously improved and aligned with the requirements the changing society imposes on healthcare professionals.
They do that in the following ways, among others:
-
Hospital Training Programmes Fund (FZO): a fund that pays for hospital programmes for nursing and medical-support professions.
-
CZO Flex Level: a flexible and innovative training system for advanced programmes.
-
Nursing Innovation & Professionalisation (VIP): this programme strives to ensure that healthcare continues to meet the ever-changing demand, with nurses who enjoy their work.
-
RN2Blend: a programme that examines the differentiated employment of nurses.
-
Care Programmes Board (COZ): this committee advises the NFU about training, teaching and developing nursing and medical-support professions.
