Education on quality
New medical developments and continuously improving treatment methods need well-equipped healthcare professionals. To offer them additional support, the NFU Quality of Care Consortium has developed supplementary training courses.
The umcs are striving together to proactively improve the quality of care. That naturally demands healthcare professionals who are trained to take the initiative themselves to realise improvements. This will lead to a system and culture of improvement that is firmly anchored in the healthcare institutions.
